The Annual General Meeting of the Melbourne Gun Club will be held on Thursday 15th May 2008 at 8pm sharp.

Please note:
1. Nominations for committee have now closed.
2. Eligibility to vote will be determined in
accordance with Rule 19 of the Club Rules:

"19 (1) A member is not entitled to vote at any general meeting unless all moneys due and payable by him, including the ACTA registration fees, have been paid to the Club other than the amount of the annual subscription payable in respect of the current financial year.        (2) Associate members shall not have the right to vote at a general meeting."
